MARSALA (Italy) – Zicaffè’s training sessions, which aim at the diffusion of the espresso culture and of high quality coffee in the whole world, continue.
In fact, the company has organised a series of Coffee Masterclasses, in which the main issues were espresso tasting and the different methods of espresso preparation.
In collaboration with its partners from the Russian Federation, as every year Zicaffè organises a series of coffee Masterclasses.
During the training sessions, the participants discover the whole history of coffee, from the origin of the coffee plant to the preparation of different espresso-based beverages. Every course is divided into two main parts: a theoretical part, in which the origins of different green coffees are analyzed with the help of slides, and a practical part, in which the participants interact with the lecturer with the objective of testing and improving the own faculties.
The second series of masterclasses in Russia during 2014 took place in the following cities: Ceboksary, Kazan, Arkhangelsk, Nizhny Novgorod e Rostov sul Don.
The training sessions, which have already been offered by Zicaffè for different years, are based on the philosophy of the company which knows that the quality of espresso depends on different factors. Actually for a high quality cup of espresso, a quality raw material and a long experience in coffee roasting is not enough- also the diffusion of knowledge and of basic subjects regarding coffee preparation are essential.
