LONDON – Well Grounded is an award winning social enterprise based in London and Bristol. Well Grounded runs a series of Specialty Coffee Training Academies for people who are unemployed, providing them with expert training, work placements and a supported pathway into employment. To date, the brand has supported over 780 individuals with employability and coffee training, with 76% of Graduates moving into work after completing their programmes. They announce the appointment of Stanford Swinton as their new Chair.

Swinton brings a wealth of leadership experience in professional services and global operations. Swinton was recently appointed CEO of CEO Consulting International having joined from Bain & Company, where he served as a Partner and Executive leading Bain’s AI venture business. Swinton has been involved in social impact programmes over many years, as an advisor and leader in Bain’s Pro Bono practice, NFP Board Advisor and as a volunteer and regular fundraiser.
