SUSEGANA, Treviso, Italy – Intergastra, the biennial fair that has now become one of the leading events in the hotel and gastronomy sector, will be held from the 15th to the 19th of February 2020. It is a real meeting point for all the industry’s professionals, who will have the opportunity to discuss the latest news.
Wega will exhibit two unique models from its wide coffee machine range during the trade show. Furthermore, on Sunday the 16th of February, it will host a stage of the “Espresso Italian Champion” challenge at its stand.
This event has been organised in collaboration with the IEI (Italian Espresso Institute), which, as a result of its research and innovation projects, has been committed to protecting and promoting the Italian espresso culture all over the world, for over 20 years now.
Approximately 100,000 visitors are expected over the five days and these will be able to closely admire Wega’s Nova and Urban models.
Nova is a simple, ergonomic machine that boasts a compact, innovative design. It has been designed with functionality in mind and its ready-to-use feature has been made even more efficient by redesigning the control console – which has been positioned on the same axis as the brewing unit – and improving the order and layout of the keys on the front.
A more practical and clearly improved brewing experience.
Urban’s street philosophy is a mix of industrial design and cutting-edge technology. Its modern lines and adaptability, make it an extremely original yet ultra-versatile machine. The aesthetics which have been carefully designed by Wega’s creative designers, in collaboration with actual baristas, enhance the machine’s functionality. The dry steam and multi-boiler technology – which keeps the pressure constant whilst the coffee is brewing – are just some of the refined details that increase the final product’s quality for an increasingly satisfying taste experience.
A special section at Intergastra will be dedicated to Wiesheu innovation inside the stand (8C79 – Hall 8).
Wiesheu is a leading German industrial baking oven brand that was founded over 40 years ago and has raised the production quality standards for the bakery and gastronomy sector. This fruitful partnership with Wega for Intergastra, will enable the visitors to see these concentrates of technology in action.
