PARIS, France – At the Vending Show in Paris, Rhea France had the opportunity to present the latest free standing and table top solutions and the new company organization, designed to consolidate pre- and post-sales assistance to customers and boost new business development.

The sales and technical assistance reorganization has been divided into three regional macro-areas: Paris and West France, North-East and South, each with a dedicated sales representative and technician.

This new organizational model allows Rhea France to be closer to each customer and, at the same time, reduce the environmental impact of business trips, reinforcing Rhea’s commitment to sustainability.

In addition to territorial proximity, Rhea France has also implemented customer service with solutions such as constant training of customers’ technical staff, the activation of an online assistance channel called “Technical Hotline”, supported by video tutorials and maintenance manuals to make intervention on installed machines even easier and more effective.

Last but not least, the digitization process started in 2019 by the administrative division, with the dematerialization of administrative documents and a reserved area for each customer, allows paper savings from a CSR perspective for the protection of the environment.
