Paulig becomes new members of FoodDrinkEurope, Henrik Samuelson appointed as President of the organization

HELSINKI, Finland – Paulig has become new members of FoodDrinkEurope, the organization representing Europe’s food and drink industry. The membership took effect on November 15th: “we are excited about the opportunities that this will bring for our corporation and our business” stated the company.

“We look forward to collaborating with industry players, contributing to EU policy discussions, and working towards a sustainable and prosperous future for the food and drink industry in Europe, maintaining its competitiveness” the company also said.

FoodDrinkEurope has also announced the appointment of Henrik Samuelson, SVP Customer Brands at Paulig, as its new President.

Henrik was elected by FoodDrinkEurope’s Board of Directors, which convened on November 8th. He takes over from Marco Settembri, former Nestlé CEO Zone Europe, who held the position of President at FoodDrinkEurope since 2020.

Henrik Samuelson will continue in his role as Senior Vice President for Customer Brands at Paulig while also taking on the chairmanship of FoodDrinkEurope.
