La Marzocco joins French events for the coffee and food season with Linea Mini in the spotlight

La Marzocco

PARIS, France — After a year off, the Food&Beverage festival season is back and La Marzocco announces its participation in the Omnivore Food Festival and Paris Coffee Show from September 11-13 at the stunning Parc Floral location. On the agenda: presentations and demonstrations of new products, tastings, round tables, Roasters’ Village and True Artisan Café where several French roasters will serve some of the best coffees on offer.

To kick off this year’s events, La Marzocco has chosen Omnivore, the annual event dedicated to contemporary cuisine and artisans in the culinary world. We look forward to seeing you at our stand B30 for the True Artisan Café – an original concept of a “pop-up” coffee shop with rotating roasters which will be in full swing for three days.

Roasters will take turns to pull shots on the La Marzocco iconic GB5 next generation espresso machine.

Here is the Program:

  • Saturday September 11th: Coutume Café
  • Sunday September12th: Café Lomi (morning) and Esperanza Café (afternoon)
  • Monday September 13th: Gram Gram (morning) and La Brûlerie Belleville (afternoon)

Visitors will also be able to get hands-on the connected Linea Mini and GS3, two models from the La Marzocco Home range dedicated to all those who wish to bring an exceptional cafè experience at home.

On the same dates, the Parc Floral will also host the Paris Coffee Show for its 2nd edition. Three days of events, debates, workshops and master classes on coffee beans, their preparation and sensorial experiences; La Marzocco is proud to support the Roasters’ Village, which will bring together 15 roasting companies from all over the country to make their signature beverages on the Linea Mini.

More on the menu are displays and interactions around La Marzocco’s sister-brand Modbar, the original undercounter brewing system, as well as a coffee-chocolate pairing session on the Linea Mini.

Last but not least, a lineup of interesting debates in the field of hospitality such as:

  • Saturday 11th, 3.30pm – 4.15pm | Design trends in the coffee industry by La Marzocco
    ambassador in France, Sandra Bouckenooghe
  • Monday 13th, 10am – 11am | Colombia as Origin and a tasting of the recently launched coffee brand Amadito, on the Linea Mini, by chef Juan Arbelaez
