ORRVILLE, Ohio – The J. M. Smucker Company announced on July 19, 2017 that the Board of Directors has approved an increase in the quarterly dividend from $0.75 to $0.78 per common share, an increase of 4 percent.
The dividend will be paid on Friday, September 1, 2017, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Friday, August 11, 2017.
This represents the Company’s sixteenth consecutive year of dividend growth.
