High school students from New Jersey present the 3D printed device to recycle coffee pods

LINCROFT, New Jersey – The highschool students from High Technology High School in Lincroft, New Jersey, created a brand new freshman year final project in order to recycle coffee pods. The juniors created the Coffee Pod Recycler, a 3D printed device that separates the foil lid from the plastic cup of the coffee pod, as reported by the Two River Times.

Now the three highschoolers desidere to expand their business since they want to make the project compatible with Nespresso coffee capsules as well.
