MILAN – The “MUMAC Academy Hands On” project focused on Gruppo Cimbali products is continuing with a calendar of events and contents designed to promote Faema President and all its features. The spotlight is on the figure of the barista: a dynamic, demanding profession that often has irregular hours and requires a willingness to adapt what is on offer to different times of day in order to meet customer demands.
This is why baristas have to count on reliable equipment, such as Faema President, a product that facilitates daily work, adapting to various needs and always ensuring high performance.
The programme includes a first step with training sessions for Faema distributors from all over the world, followed by two workshops open to all Faema lovers, both professional and amateur.
“President & Coffee Cocktails” online workshop
A comprehensive coffee shop workshop. From morning to evening, from breakfast to cocktails, we will explain how a bar’s menu can vary, with recipe suggestions and a special focus on Coffee In Good Spirits together with Flair Bartender Giorgio Facchinetti.
“Hands On President” online workshop – Workflow and new service concept
Held in collaboration with Q-Processing Professional Davide Spinelli, the training session analyses the product from the barista’s perspective and shows how, thanks to President’s ergonomics and features, we can organise an effective workflow and always offer a high-quality product.

Since its foundation in 2014, MUMAC Academy has trained more than 9,500 people with over 40 modules in its training programme and 1200 days of in-person and online courses. In fact, the academy’s training activities have never stopped, transforming the courses for baristas and professionals into digital courses through the “MUMAC Academy Web Arena”.
