PARIS – Gruppo Cimbali, a leader in the design and production of professional machines for coffee and fresh milk-based drinks, as well as coffee bar equipment, will take part in the Paris Coffee Show 2022 with products from its brands: Faema and Slayer. The Paris Coffee Show, now in its third edition, is a coffee event that brings baristas and roasters to the heart of the French capital, in an environmentally-friendly area.
Organised by Collectif Café (CFC), the event is divided into five major thematic areas: from coffee plantations to the world of espresso, from roasting to the different coffee experiments, rounded off with coffee competitions and masterclasses by national and international experts.
Gruppo Cimbali at the Paris Coffee Show
Gruppo Cimbali is delighted to be taking part in the Paris Coffee Show, presenting its brands and their high-end coffee machines: Faema President GTi and Faema E61 Limited Edition 1 Group Anniversary. There is also space for Slayer with the Steam LP (Hall Pinede 3_ stand B8).
For the first time, Faemina will be sponsoring the Roasters Village. The event will also see Gruppo Cimbali present its first espresso machine dedicated to the prosumer world, since this is a unique opportunity to have it tested by the roasters involved in the show.
The Group, with its Faema brand, is now entering the Home segment, embracing the home bar trend, as well as the Small Business segment, comprising boutiques, concept stores, bistros, etc.
Designed by ItalDesign, Faemina combines innovation and design to offer excellent performance in terms of quality for both coffee experts but also for those who aspire to a complete and high-level emotional coffee experience and types of beverages from Italian espresso to brewed coffee, infusions and herbal teas
In the dedicated area, roasters from all over the world will be able to present and let visitors taste their coffees. There will be moments set aside for meeting, learning and sharing, as well as, of course, coffee tasting.
Gruppo Cimbali: Faema and Slayer
In the exhibition area, the Gruppo Cimbali stand will display the Faema President, GTi version, a machine with extensive customisation options that, thanks to its unique design and high technological component, lends a strong identity to any space, while ensuring the highest quality in the cup. Thanks to the independent coffee boilers, the President boasts total thermal stability, which is essential for preparing different types of coffee and a variety of recipes.
60 years after its launch, the iconic Faema E61 remains one of the best interpreters of signature coffee. To mark its 60th birthday, the timeless Faema is coming to a new environment: the domestic sphere. Its identity as a professional machine remains intact, while being carefully combined with ever-changing styles, fashions and trends.
Also Slayer, another brand of Gruppo Cimbali, will exhibit a high-performance machine: Slayer Steam LP, the dream-machine that all baristas dream of because it ensures incredible control and precision thanks to its programmable pre-infusion and repeatability functions.
Thanks to programmable pre-infusion, post-infusion, and volumetric settings, you can easily prepare a quality espresso whenever you want. Gruppo Cimbali will also host major brand ambassadors of the coffee industry at its stand-

Paris Coffee Show 2022 kicks off on Saturday 10 September and runs until Monday 12 September 2022 at Parc Floral DE Paris, Espace Pinède, Hall 3 – Route de la Pyramide – 75012 Paris.
