Gruppo Cimbali at Intergastra with the new LaCimbali and Faema products


BINASCO, Milan (Italy) – Gruppo Cimbali will once again star at Intergastra, the most important event for the Hotel and Gastronomy world (Stuttgart, 3-7 February 2018), with an exhibition space entirely dedicated to new LaCimbali and Faema products.

The Group’s stand (Hall 8, Stand 8D52) will also host initiatives devoted to the coffee experience organized by the Mumac Academy, with its trainers and national and international coffee experts.

The LaCimbali space focused great attention on the S30 and S20 (the latter comes with Power Station mode), the two super-automatic machines that ensure high performance preparation of coffee and milk-based drinks with constant quality, and on Elective, the new top-of-the-range coffee grinder with a compact, elegant design and a new motor with an Inverter, permanently changing the concept of grinding.

Elective is a high-performance, technologically-advanced grinder with a 4.3” resistive touch display and a Bluetooth connection system for consistently high-quality grinding.

E71 under the spotlight

Faema E71

FAEMA will also be under the spotlight with the E71, the best interpreter of designer coffee, a machine for baristas, coffee specialists and coffee gurus.

An extraordinary combination of iconic design by Giugiaro Design, innovative technology and traditional functions, E71 allows baristas and trainers to express their art.

Many industry professionals will exhibit at the Gruppo Cimbali stand with Latte Art activities and recipes for drinks with a hot or cold frothed milk base, hosted by Mumac Academy.

Christian Ullrich, World Latte Art Champion 2014, will create sophisticated Latte Art compositions using the Faema E71.

LaCimbali M100ì with TurboMilk technology

Gabriele Limosani, a Trainer at Mumac Academy, will present numerous recipes featuring drinks made with coffee and hot and cold frothed milk using LaCimbali M100ì with its TurboMilk technology.
