MELBOURNE, Australia – MICE2021 – Melbourne International Coffee Expo – will return from 9-11 September, 2021. Australia’s Richest Barista – the most exciting new competition on the block – is debuting at MICE2021. The competition is a fast-paced, knock-out style event. It will see Australia’s best baristas go head-to-head for their chance to win a share of $50,000, with the winner taking home $35,000! The competition will consist of three rounds:
- Round one – Barista Competition
- Round two – Latte Art Competition
- Round three – Cup Tasting Competition
Applications are already flooding in from a competitive pool of talented baristas at companies such as Black Market Roasters, Axil Coffee and ONA Coffee, among others. Don’t miss out on your chance to compete with the best.
Nominate now for the MICE2021 Product Innovation Awards
MICE will once again host the Product Innovation Awards in 2021. The Awards recognise the best new products from exhibitors and will encompass all nominations from 2020 as well as new nominations from 2021. The categories include:
- Coffee preparation equipment
- Ancillary electrical equipment
- Coffee accessories
- Specialty beverages
Voting will be open at the expo, with attendees given the power to select the People’s Choice award winner.
