The Talent Show RE.START SMART UP YOUR BUSINESS has been designed to reward the best new ideas in the world of franchising and retail.

Therefore, this is an important acknowledgment for the company Scarpellini Foodrinks, which submitted an innovative project: a franchise of coffee corners with a menu displaying coffee recipes, ice cream and pastry creations based on Chocup®, the company’s best selling product, designed by its CEO Cesare Scarpellini.

Chocup®, the wafer cup lined with premium Belgian dark chocolate, is ideal to serve hot drinks (coffee and cappuccino) and cold drinks (cold creams, ice cream, sorbets). Available in 4 sizes, Chocup® is suitable for many delicious recipes:

La Cimbali
  • 120ml, ideal for mini-cappuccino, gelato, soft-ice;
  • 60ml, perfect for coffee recipes;
  • 30ml, for the traditional Italian espresso;
  • 15 ml, dedicated to pastry creations.

Chocup® is a heathy product, with no hydrogenated fats, nor GMOs, artificial colours or flavours.

The awards ceremony

The awards ceremony for prize winners will be held on Saturday 14th October at Salone del Franchising exhibition in Milan.
