Carpigiani launches 161 T G SP, a countertop machine which is the perfect addition to bars and cafés

ANZOLA DELL’EMILIA, Italy – Carpigiani presents the 161 TG SP countertop machine, the perfect addition to bars and cafés for creating new recipes for the summer.

It is an easy-to-use machine, which is ideal to prepare a delicious fiordilatte soft ice cream and different types of coffe extraction for three delicious variants of affogato.

All these recipes are designed by the food designers of Carpigiani Soft Serve Consulting, the consulting service that offers new ideas for food businesses interested in expanding their offer with soft ice cream .

The star of the video is the 161 TG SP, the soft countertop machine with a reduced size and elegant design. It has a tank with a capacity of 5 litres and a gravity pump for managing mixtures with different viscosities. Milk-based blends can be safely stored thanks to the auto-pasteurisation function.

When the bar is closed, the machine keeps the mix in storage ensuring safe hygiene conditions and blocks if the scheduled cleaning is not carried out. Thanks to the vertical ventilation flue at the rear, the machine can be easily placed side by side with the other equipment in the bar or cafe.

There is no limit to creativity thanks to the 18 optional nozzle that make it possible to dispense the ice cream in 18 different shapes, in order to adapt it to cups, mugs, glasses, goblets and tumblers.

Coffee and soft ice cream together are the perfect combination for a sweet, tasty break or a dessert to be offered at the end of a lunch break.
