Caribou looks to Medallia Experience Cloud to improve employee experience


SAN FRANCISCO. U.S. — Medallia, Inc., the global leader in experience management, today announced that Caribou Coffee has selected Medallia Experience Cloud to further understand and improve the company’s overall employee experience.

The 27-year old coffee company operates over 300 company-owned stores in the United States and will leverage Medallia to gain actionable insights into the employee journey and to deliver superior employee experiences.
