TRIESTE (Italy) – The best high-altitude coffees grow in the Chiapas area, the largest coffee-growing region in Mexico on the border with Guatemala.

One of these coffees is the Mexico Altura Superior – Chiapas Adelita which the Sandalj Trading Company will be presenting exclusively at HOST 2013, within the “Salone Internazionale del Caffè” – the International Coffee Exhibition.

At Sandalj’s stand (D36-E35, Pavilion 9) it will be possible to taste some Mexican coffee prepared by the espresso extraction system, which can bring out its most prized characteristics: in the cup we will find a coffee with a delicate body and winning aromas of ripe fruit and milk chocolate with hints of wafer and malt in the aftertaste.

The Quality coffees presented by the Sandalj Trading Company, goes hand in hand with the company’s constant desire to spread awareness and coffee knowledge.

Mexico is a country acknowledged first and foremost for its exceptional coffees and whose story is now told through the extraordinary images of Fulvio Eccardi collected in the book sponsored by the Sandalj Trading Company “Coffee, The Wonder of Chiapas, Mexico”, the fruit of the photographer’s discoveries in the State of Chiapas.

The route followed passes through the regions of Altos, Selva, Fronteriza, Frailesca, Sierra and Soconusco, each of which features specific biodiversity, in the history of their largely indigenous populations, and in the terrain, nature and agriculture that characterize them.
