Victoria Arduino thus strengthens its range with a product that has recognisable design and high productive capacity, incorporating technology that enables the business to be managed whilst saving energy and reducing waste.
The simple interface between the user and the automation of the software facilitates fast training of personnel to prepare milk-based drinks or plant-based alternatives and consistent, good-quality coffee simply and quickly. Using the touchscreen display you can set the temperature of every group for the production of different drinks to respond quickly during peak times to the needs of an ever more varied clientele.
The group with 5 pre-programmed buttons enables faster production and speeds up the workflow also due to the autopurge and easycream technologies. Indeed, the automatic cleaning of the group after detaching the portafilter makes for quicker preparation of drink preparation and guarantees the cleanliness of the components over a longer period, along with reduced maintenance.
The Easycream technology, on the other hand, enables automatic frothing of milk and plant-based drinks at the right temperature and with the right dose of froth. You just need to press the new steam lever to get the correct milk cream for cappuccinos, flatwhites, americanos and lots of other drinks.
The NEO (New Engine Optimization) technology from Victoria Arduino plays its part in the Eagle Tempo by guaranteeing not only temperature stability and thus consistency of the result (with the instant heating system and boiler insulation), but also greater productivity, with the installation of a 9-litre capacity steam boiler for the preparation of lots of milk-based drinks. The patented Victoria Arduino system also offers up to 29% energy saving as compared to the previous model, the VA358 White Eagle.
The N.E.O. motor is also equipped with the T.E.R.S. (Thermal Energy Recovering System), a patented technical solution that can recover the heat of the outgoing water to preheat the incoming water thus saving a further 8%.
The insulated stainless-steel boilers have an internal pressure of 2.1 bars that, working with the Steam-by-Wire electronic steam control, enable the dispensing of dry steam for a better drink quality and faster preparation.
The functional characteristics of the Eagle Tempo are linked to the new design details that make it a present-day product with strong recognisability. Eagle Tempo was created from a restyling of the iconic VA358 White Eagle with updated and minimal lines and forms. The group, for example, recalls the lines of the coffee machine profile and features backlit soft-touch buttons to accelerate machine operation.
A new design has been given to the driptray which facilitates cleaning, along with the steam wand purge. The headlights (led installed below the group) provide uniform illumination during extraction, whilst the new steam wand is longer for the use of larger capacity jugs.
