Carimali – Lumina and Lumina Compact, the new generation of fully automatic machines
Carimali presents Lumina, the new fully automatic machine designed to combine advanced technology with user‐ friendly operation.
Lumina features a 10‐inch touch display and premium finishes, with a high‐tech core capable of delivering over 100 beverages per day with consistent quality. It handles two types of coffee, up to three soluble powders, and fresh milk, making it an ideal solution for hotels and locations seeking a complete offering without compromise.

The smaller Lumina Compact delivers the same performance in just 26 cm width. Perfect for smaller spaces such as bakeries, coffee corners, and coworking offices, it offers up to 75 drinks per day while maintaining the same beverage variety.
Both models are equipped with the patented CARImilk system, ensuring consistently high‐quality milk foam, and the Smart Brewing algorithm, which optimises extraction parameters to enhance cup yield and prolong group lifespan.
With Lumina and Lumina Compact, Carimali reaffirms its mission to provide versatile, reliable, and stylish solutions that meet the evolving needs of professional coffee consumption. Both models will be available on the market in 2025.
Carimali – Syrup Station and Silverace Power, a drink for every taste
Complementing the fully automatic range, Carimali introduces Syrup Station, a module that further expands beverage customization possibilities. Integrated with SilverAce Power, designed for high volumes (up to 400 cups per day), Syrup Station automatically dispenses up to three syrups, opening the way to original and seasonal recipes such as Matcha Latte, Pumpkin Spice, or Hazelnut Coffee.

The combination of SilverAce Power and Syrup Station creates a fully equipped drink station, capable of handling two types of coffee, two solubles, two fresh milks with different froth levels, and three syrups.
This is an ideal solution for bakery chains, service stations, and quick service restaurants seeking to enrich their menu with creative beverages while maintaining maximum efficiency.
Carimali – Glow and Nimble, the power of traditional machines
In addition to fully automatic machines, Carimali has been producing traditional machines since 1919 and brings two new models to Host.
Carimali Glow makes its official European debut following its launch at Hotelex Shanghai. In just a few months, it has already won acclaim from coffee shop chains thanks to its fully metal structure, robustness, and high reliability.

Designed for ergonomic efficiency, Glow features intuitive controls for effortless operation. Available in 1, 2, and 3 group versions, it is highly customizable and ideal for coffee shops seeking a high‐performing machine with contemporary design.
Alongside Glow, Carimali will also exhibit Nimble, a fully automatic machine that combines excellent value with outstanding reliability. Simple to operate and versatile, Nimble is perfect for establishments looking for ease of use and consistent performance.
Elektra – Jolie, the smart espresso machine that creates atmosphere at home
With Jolie, Elektra brings its contemporary vision into the home. More than just a coffee machine, Jolie is a connected design object that transforms the espresso ritual into a unique daily experience.

Through the integrated display and dedicated app, Jolie allows remote management of parameters such as temperature, extraction times, and main functions, making it a seamless part of the smart home.
Its ambient lighting is not just an aesthetic detail but an element that creates atmosphere and personalises the domestic space with a preferred colour.
This smart approach is supported by technical reliability: E61 group, vibration pump, and a 2‐liter boiler with heat exchanger housed in a copper and steel structure, with finishes available in steel, white, or black.
Jolie is Elektra for the home: espresso becomes part of everyday life through a connected design that creates atmosphere.
Elektra – Ekplito, simplicity and style
Making its European debut at Host Milano 2025, Elektra Eklipto is a traditional machine that blends the brand’s heritage with striking contemporary aesthetics.
Eklipto stands out for its iconic lines and attention to detail, with a full metal body and refined finishes, making it both a design object and a professional tool.

Available in 1, 2, and 3 group versions, it ensures high performance, stability, and reliability even in high‐volume settings. With customization options, Eklipto is ideal for coffee shops and venues looking to make a design statement with a machine that becomes a focal point of the space.
With Eklipto, Elektra reinforces its role as an interpreter of Italian design, combining tradition, innovation, and timeless aesthetics.
Heylo – Milky, the new induction milk module
Milky is Heylo’s compact and innovative milk module, designed to simplify barista work and enhance beverage quality.
The patented electromagnetic induction system allows frothing at various temperatures and consistencies without steam.

The result is natural, sweeter, and more stable foam, ideal for latte art and beverages using alternative milks that require specific frothing parameters.
Equipped with an intuitive touch display, customizable panels, and backlighting, Milky integrates perfectly with any professional coffee machine. It can manage two milk types simultaneously, ensuring versatility and consistency.
Easy to use, quick and reliable, Milky frees baristas to focus on customers and the overall experience while consistently delivering perfect results in every cup.
