Over six intensive days you’ll undergo rigorous assessment in cupping, sensory analysis, and green coffee evaluation. The updated curriculum is designed for experienced cuppers, integrating the latest advancements in coffee science and industry best practices to test your sensory acuity and the ability to evaluate coffee by its physical, descriptive, affective, and extrinsic assessments.

Get started with the Intro to Cupping workshop

Specifically tailored to be beginner-friendly and inclusive—whether you’re a barista, roaster, coffee enthusiast, or industry member—this workshop gives a welcoming and supporting environment to explore the world of coffee evaluation to those with no prior cupping experience. You’ll learn the practical techniques to assess coffee’s sensory attributes through engaging, hands-on activities—bridging theory with practice.

Fast Track to Q Grader or Q Instructor License

Good news if you already hold one of the below qualifications—you are eligible to fast track your journey to the Q Grader or Q Instructor license. Make sure to see the next steps, as some are required to be completed by December 31, 2025.
