MILAN, Italy – With renewed focuses on Bakery and Coffee & Bar, Fiera Milano presents Host 2025, the world’s leading hospitality exhibition. Over 1,700 exhibitors from 54 countries are already confirmed. From smart automation to AI-driven menus, and sustainability influencing choices and consumption, the world of hospitality and out-of-home is undergoing an unprecedented transformation: to offer increasingly multisensory and immersive experiences, cutting-edge technologies blend with design and functionality to create hi-tech yet welcoming solutions.
These trends are driving market growth: according to ExportPlanning data, in 2024 global production in the sectors represented at Host 2025 is worth €189.9 billion, with foodservice equipment showing the strongest growth at +8.6% year-on-year.
Host 2025: The place to be for companies and professionals worldwide
In this dynamic scenario, Fiera Milano presents Host 2025, the world’s leading exhibition for hospitality, out-of-home and food retail: the place to be to preview the trends shaping the future of global hospitality.
Five months before the ribbon-cutting on 17 October, over 1,700 exhibitors have already signed up – from top players to top-performing SMEs – with 44% international coming from 54 foreign countries. The most active nations include, in addition to Italy, Germany, Spain, France, the Netherlands, the USA and the UK. Many new entries are also arriving from South America and Southeast Asia.
These companies will meet with over 700 hosted buyers from around 75 countries, carefully profiled with the support of the Italian Trade Agency (ICE). Key target sectors include: distributors, resellers, exporters/importers; catering, food service and out-of-home; retail and large-scale distribution; hospitality businesses; shopping centres and locations; chefs, professionals and consultants. The main foreign regions of origin include the Americas (35%), the Middle East and Africa (28%), Asia and Oceania (14%), and Europe and CIS countries (24%).
A smoother and more efficient layout
Host 2025 will showcase a comprehensive panorama of innovation in the sector, combined with vertical insights into individual segments, organised by supply chain affinity: Foodservice Equipment and Bakery-Pasta-Pizza; Coffee-Tea, Bar-Coffee Machines-Vending, Gelato-Pastry; Tableware-Technology-Contract Furnishing.
This year, the layout has been redesigned to ensure an even smoother and more effective visitor experience: from enhanced continuity between halls, starting at East Gate with access to the metro and rail stations, to the integration of dual-level halls 8-12 and 16-20, which will guarantee a constant flow of visitors through all aisles dedicated to Coffee-Tea, Bar-Coffee Machines-Vending, thanks to the direct connection on the second floor. Additionally, Hall 18, located directly opposite Hall 20, will be shared with Gelato, facilitating cross-selling between related sectors and enabling easier access to the dedicated area.
