SAN FRANCISCO, U.S. – Two diehard coffee lovers can move forward with their lawsuit accusing Starbucks of underfilling their lattes, a federal judge said on Friday. The California customers can seek damages against Starbucks in their proposed nationwide class action, said U.S. District Judge Thelton Henderson in San Francisco.
