OMAHA, Neb., USA – Scooter’s Coffee, one of the nation’s largest specialty coffee drive-thru companies, is proud to announce the expanded leadership role of Mikala Friedrich as Chief Human Resources & Systems Officer. In this new capacity, Mikala will oversee Human Resources, Information Technology, Internal Communications, and Operations Training.

By bringing these functions together, Scooter’s Coffee is creating stronger connections between people, processes, and technology to support a seamless experience for employees and franchise partners.

In this new role, Friedrich will continue to collaborate across the organization to develop integrated strategies that reinforce company culture, elevate service standards, and drive sustainable growth.

Her leadership will ensure that initiatives are aligned to empower employees and deliver exceptional results for customers and franchisees alike.

Friedrich has been a part of Scooter’s Coffee for seven years. Prior to that, she developed and oversaw HR strategies with Lindsey Corporation, Kiewit Corporation, and Target Corporation.
