OMAHA, Neb., USA – For the fourth year in a row, Scooter’s Coffee is being recognized for its strong workplace culture with a Quantum Workplace Employee Voice Award, and one of the company’s managers is being recognized for her engaging leadership.

This year, Quantum Workplace recognized Scooter’s Coffee with the Bronze Award in the Top Performers category. The recognition is awarded to organizations where employees and teams are high performing, understand the role they play in achieving success, and regularly receive feedback, recognition, and guidance from their manager and teammates. “Developing a strong culture at Scooter’s Coffee starts with hearing from each of our employees,” said Mikala Friedrich, chief human resources officer at Scooter’s Coffee. “Employee feedback has directly influenced workplace enhancements like schedule flexibility, lifestyle spending accounts, updated office technology, casual dress code, and so much more. These changes demonstrate that we not only listen, but we take meaningful actions to make Scooter’s Coffee an even more amazing place to work.”

In addition to the companywide recognition, Shoshannah (Sho) DiDomenico, senior manager of field marketing at Scooter’s Coffee, is being recognized as an Outstanding Manager by Quantum Workplace.

In nominating her for the recognition, Scooter’s Coffee leaders praised Sho for leading with empathy, humility, and intentionality while also demonstrating accountability. Sho actively builds a culture that provides opportunities for each member of her team to share and apply feedback, receive support, and identify new opportunities for growth.

“Our franchisees know Sho as a marketing hero, empowering them to take advantage of local store marketing opportunities and drive real results for their business,” said Malorie Maddox, chief strategy officer at Scooter’s Coffee. “Sho is a thoughtful and collaborative leader relentlessly dedicated to serving the needs of her team and the company’s franchisees. She is more than deserving of this recognition as an Outstanding Manager for all that she does to build an amazing culture within her team and across the franchise system at Scooter’s Coffee.”

This award recognizes leaders who go above and beyond in their role, foster a positive and collaborative work environment, and cultivate a high-performance culture. Shoshannah was the only manager recognized by Quantum Workplace in its 2025 Employee Voice Awards. Read more about her recognition on the Quantum Workplace website.
