Nuova Distribution Usa brings in three new leadership roles in response to continued growth

FERNDALE, WA – Nuova Distribution USA, LLC., the North American distributor for Nuova Simonelli and Victoria Arduino, today announced the promotion of three current department executives to new leadership roles as the group flexes its management structure to continue serving customers expanding needs and adapt to its own significant growth.

Additionally, to further strengthen operations and responsiveness, a new American Leadership Team has been formed to identify and execute on strategic business priorities in collaboration with the global Simonelli Group organization.

To better serve customers through increased collaboration and operational efficiency across its U.S. market, Nuova Distribution named three current members of its management team to national leadership roles, responsible for working with department leads to achieve strategic goals:

The following appointments were effective September 1, 2021:

Julian Torres, Executive Vice President

A seasoned Vice President of Sales with over 15 years of experience in the distribution and manufacturing of commercial espresso equipment. Julian steps into the newly formed role of Executive Vice President with responsibilities to lead day-to-day sales and business operations while guiding the American Leadership Team and driving collaboration with global stakeholders.

Starting as a territory manager with Nuova Distribution and then on to become VP of Sales and Marketing, Julian has been a critical component for sales initiatives and portfolio growth in the North American market. His vision for expansion and leadership skills have helped drive revenue growth while building a robust U.S. sales team to better support all domestic markets.

Julian holds a business management degree specializing in international business from Western Washington University, in Bellingham, WA and an education in computer engineering received while living in his native Bogota, Colombia.

Kyle Belmondo, Vice President – Operations

Kyle originally started at Nuova Distribution 14 years ago as an intern while completing his schooling. After graduating, he was brought on full-time in a business development role to support the territory sales managers in cultivating new business. Over the years, his role transitioned into operations as he facilitated new processes to improve the efficiency of the company and create scalable growth.

Kyle will assume additional leadership responsibilities in his new role that directly relate to overall organizational effectiveness and business systems. Kyle holds an MBA from Western Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Washington State University.

Ryan Klineman, Vice President – Quality Systems

Ryan has spent the last 27 years working with the team at Nuova Distribution, and in a wide variety of roles and responsibilities. His most rewarding time has been spent in the product development of espresso machines and grinders, improving and innovating the end-user and customer experiences.

Ryan’s new role will focus on managing and delivering key coffee related equipment products designed with particular attention to the needs of the US marketplace, as well as building systems that further support ongoing product performance and customer relationships.
