SEATTLE, USA — In February, Starbucks is bringing bold flavors and sweet surprises to coffee and tea lovers everywhere. The menu includes vibrant new matcha beverages, limited-time Valentine’s Day drinks, the debut of a new dark-roast whole bean coffee and globally inspired bakery additions.
New Matcha Beverages
Two new matcha beverages with layers of color, flavor and texture are joining the year-round menu starting this February – Iced Double Berry Matcha and Iced Banana Bread Matcha.. Plus, Raspberry syrup – which is featured in the Iced Double Berry Matcha – is returning and will also become part of the year-round menu.
Valentine’s Day Beverages
To celebrate the season of love, Starbucks will offer two Valentine’s Day beverages – White Chocolate Strawberry Cream Cold Brew and Strawberry Shortcake Frappuccino®, for a limited time.
1971 Roast
1971 Roast, a new bold and dark-roast coffee blend that celebrates Starbucks five decades of roasting craft, joins Starbucks brewed and whole bean coffee lineup.
With notes of toasted sugar and rich walnut, 1971 Roast is crafted from a blend of the finest beans from Colombia, Sumatra and Brazil.
Globally Inspired Baked Goods
New treats and globally inspired flavors will join the bakery menu. Delicious additions include the Dubai Chocolate Bite, Cookie Croissant Swirl, Yuzu Citrus Blossom, Berry Blondie, Strawberry Matcha Loaf and Chocolate Pistachio Loaf.
