Nestlé launches flavoured water with green bean coffee extracts in the UK

MILAN – Nestlé Waters’ Buxton brand has launched a brand-new flavoured water. Plant+Water by Buxton, launched in July 2020, is a blend of spring water, plant polyphenols and magnesium, with a mix of fruit and herb flavours.

The new water comes in three flavours; Lemon, Lime & Sage, Pomegranate & Basil and Blood Orange & Rosemary.

With the trend in plant-based diets booming, Plant+Water by Buxton has been created with polyphenols, extracted from raw green coffee beans.

Warren Plaskett, Head of Marketing for Nestlé Waters said: “At Buxton we are constantly looking for new ways to innovate and inspire our consumers. Recognising the growing movement towards plant-based diets, our team started exploring the power of plants within drinks some years ago. We are now in the exciting position to be able to launch Plant+ Water by Buxton – a refreshing plant-infused spring water that not only hydrates, but also provides a gentle uplift throughout the day – perfect for those with an active lifestyle.”

The bottles are also fully recyclable and, like the whole Buxton range, will be made from 100% recycled plastic by 2021.

The waters are available from selected Boots stores nationwide for £1.79 per 500ml bottle and more information can be found at www.plantpluswater.co.uk
