MILAN, Italy – Natfood, Italian leader of the Horeca service and the reference Holding Company of Gruppo Gimoka – Sogedai, leader in terms of volumes in the food & beverage sector, announce that they have signed an important partnership to share their technical and distribution know-how and to offer customers of bars, cafes, restaurants, hotels and caterers integrated and innovative solutions for hot and cold drinks.

Through the Parent Company, Gruppo Gimoka and Sogedai will guarantee exclusive products and equipment, distributed throughout the supply chain to all Natfood Horeca customers, which can count on a widespread distribution network characterized by undisputed professionalism able to guarantee a level of service that is unparalleled in the world as far as Italian out-of-home consumption is concerned.

Particularly affected by the pandemic, who need to redesign their business model through services that can simplify the management of their business and attract more and more consumers to their point of sale, focusing on a range of hot and cold drinks of the highest quality and in line with new consumption trends, thus satisfying the most attentive and demanding consumers.

This collaboration is expression of the company owners’ will to invest in the Horeca sector in such a particular moment strongly affected by the national health emergency. Shareholders believe that now, more than ever, it is necessary to combine efforts and build synergies, focusing on employees and customers.


In the coming weeks, new innovative projects will be launched to help HoReCa customers facing this difficult moment linked to the pandemic effects.
