Gruppo Cimbali, with its brands LaCimbali, Faema, Casadio and Hemerson, will be taking part in the next Sigep trade fair to be held in Rimini from 17th to 21st January.
The international showcase of artisan Gelato, Confectionery and Bakery is one of the most eagerly awaited appointments in the artisan confectionery field and, in recent years, it has seen significant growth in the coffee sector (involving both machine manufacturers and coffee roasters).
Pavilion A1 will host Sigep Coffee, where the final stage of the Italian Baristi Championship will be held. Gruppo Cimbali will have its own stand (087) for displaying its Cimbali, Faema and Casadio machines and for presenting a series of training activities organised by its own internal Mumac Academy.
The Academy is a study and training centre that opens its doors to coffee specialists, baristas and coffee roasters who want to test themselves against the primary issues of the world of coffee.
During the event, the Mumac Academy trainers will be offering mini training courses on latte art and Milk 4 technology for automatic milk management, espresso tasting sessions, and courses for setting the HD technology pressure profile.
In addition, there’ll be the chance to take part in tasting sessions of a single-origin coffee.
