MILAN – The long-awaited La Marzocco online experience has finally arrived in China on the TMALL flagship store. Tmall.com is a Chinese-language website for business-to-consumer online retail, operated in China by Alibaba Group. “We are excited to incorporate this platform for our community in mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, said the company in a press release.
“We strive to produce quality products and great content, using digital platforms in the goal of building community and providing educational resources.
In conjunction with the La Marzocco Connect Machine and Mobile App launch, the local branch in Shanghai has pioneered in joining the online sales channel, being the first in creating a flagship store online with Tmall, the biggest premium e-commerce platform in China.
In doing so, the Italian manufacturer wishes to reach a broader audience while simultaneously providing them with more firsthand knowledge around its history and Italian heritage. To celebrate this venture, La Marzocco will debut its highly anticipated Leva X 1 group espresso machine during the Tmall Women’s Day event (March 8th to 22nd )”.
