FLORENCE, Italy – La Marzocco, an artisanal Florentine company leader in espresso equipment innovation and design renowned across the global coffee community, becomes a partner at FrenchChefs, a series of culinary events featuring Michelin-star chefs and brands of excellence in the F&B sector. For th occasion, La Marzocco goes to Tours, France, to inaugurate on the 5th of February the first of many FrenchChef encounters around the country throughout 2024.

This will prove to be an opportunity to meet-and-greet over extraordinary meals, to enjoy gourmet recipes and the latest trends in the culinary field, while immersing in today’s contemporary and international coffee culture alongside representatives from the Accademia del Caffè Espresso, La Marzocco’s cultural hub focused on understanding and promoting espresso coffee.

Finally, guests can not only engage with subject matter experts but also receieve an open invitation for visiting Accademia, the company’s historic manufacturing site turned today into a multifunctional and gastronomic coffee destination.

About Accademia del Caffè Espresso

Housed in La Marzocco’s iconic industrial building in Via Bolognese 68, Florence, the Accademia Del Caffè Espresso was home to the company’s factory from 1959 to 2009; the so-called “Officina” or Workshop, was managed by the company’s founding fathers, Giuseppe and Bruno Bambi, and then by Piero, alongside a small group of brilliant craftsmen.
