NAPLES – Kimbo, a Neapolitan heritage of high‑quality coffee actually available in 100 countries worldwide, announces its participation in HostMilano 2025, the global hospitality hub, with its brand new and longstanding coffee lines.

From 17 to 21 October at FieraMilano (Pavilion 8, Stands B11‑B19, C12‑C20, and C11), Kimbo’s ownership and management will be at HostMilano to present its full range of business‑solutions for out‑of‑home settings: from professional whole‑bean coffees to single‑serving formats. Events and tastings will highlight the 2025 products launches dedicated to the national and international markets.

Designed specifically to share with industry professionals over sixty years of family history, Neapolitan culture, and evolving tastes, the new Kimbo stand is divided into four stylistically distinct thematic areas which, in dialogue with each other, convey the entire Kimbo world. The design of each area is meticulously crafted to visually explode the identity of each product line.

Coffee Venues Area

Here the company presents Kimbo’s new visual identity for the out‑of‑home market, fully expressed at the bar counter through the story of its origins and the three Kimbo talents: selection, blending, and roasting. In this area, the tasting menu combines the Premium Line of coffee beans.

Specialty Coffee Area

This Area is devoted to the tasting of the new “Sapiente” Line, actually handcrafted by Kimbo’s Neapolitan Master Roasters in the brand‑new micro‑roastery set-up in the Napoli Head Quarters. With “Sapiente”, Kimbo enters the world of specialty coffee with two major innovations: first, the line consists exclusively of blends of different origins, thereby emphasizing the thoroughly Italian art of blending to achieve a balance of flavors that a single origin may rarely provide — especially when extracted as an espresso.

Second, the use of not only Specialty Arabica but also Fine Robusta, with the goal to elevate the fine Canephora and finally give equal integrity to both botanical species.

The “Sapiente” line comprises three products: Incanto, a 100% Specialty Arabica blend; Stupore, a 100% Fine Robusta blend (excellence of the Canephora species); and Mistero, a blend made with 50% of each species. In this area, visitors – welcomed by elements, colors, and moods that perfectly enhance the Sapiente brand and storytelling – will be engaged in flavour‑experiences through alternative coffee extraction methods such as V60, Chemex, the Neapolitan cuccuma, and so on.

Single‑Serving Area

Vibrant and multicolored, this area tells two stories: on one side, the well‑known blends Amalfi, Capri, Pompei and Deca of the line “Le Meraviglie del Gusto”, whose main value is found in the Compostable Pod. This section emphasizes the strong theme of territoriality, always a central corporate value and heart of Kimbo’s family heritage. Completing the single‑serving offer is the line of Nespresso® Compatible Aluminum Capsules, emphasizing a true “barista‑style” extraction.

Casa Rubino Area

This fourth area is conceived as a true cultural hub to host events and talk shows aimed at disseminating news and topics related to the world of coffee. Here the Rubino family and Kimbo management will animate the space as if it were a living room at home, with the savoir‑faire that has always distinguished the ancient and proverbial Neapolitan hospitality.

Bar Rubino

A second stand, opposite the first, is named “Bar Rubino,” exactly as the small bar‑pastry shop founded in the 1950s in the heart of Rione Sanità, the famous district in Naples where the history of Kimbo started.

This space is reserved for business meetings with potential and current clients. The focus is on the new Kimbo Antica Miscela dal 1963 line which – after its launch in large‑scale retail in the Italian market – will make its debut at Host in the new bean-to-cup version for the Ho.Re.Ca. sector. The goal is to offer an immersive experience in Neapolitan tradition through tastings of coffee made with moka, cuccuma and espresso.

In summary

The synthesis of the two stands tells Host guests once again how Kimbo offers a unique and authentically glocal proposal, inspired by territory yet dedicated to the world, as shown by the K‑Cups and Cold Brew products, aimed at one of the most dynamic coffee markets, the United States of America.
