GRAND DUCHY OF LUXEMBOURG – IVS Group S.A. informs that its subsidiary IVS Italia S.p.A. has acquired the vending business of Prod & Pan S.r.l., a regional player active in Sardinia region, with sales of approximately Euro 1.2 million.
The provisional price of the acquisition is equal to around Euro 1.5 million, subject to adjustments that will be made at the end of the verification period on the business acquired.
