RIMINI – IMA Petroncini will take part in the Italian Roasting Championship 2026 as Official Technical Sponsor, supporting the competition organized by SCA Italy (Specialty Coffee Association) and hosted from 16 to 18 January 2026 within SIGEP Rimini.
For the occasion, IMA Petroncini will supply two TT5/10 Specialty Roasters, advanced roasting systems designed to ensure exceptional accuracy, repeatability and control across every stage of the roasting process.
Throughout the championship, competitors will rely on state-of-the-art Italian roasting technology to showcase their skills and compete for the title of Italy’s Best Roaster, pushing precision and consistency to the highest level.
Backed by more than a century of experience in the development of roasting machines and integrated processing plants, IMA Petroncini contributes to the event with a strong heritage of technological innovation and deep expertise in the art and science of coffee roasting.
