LONDON – World coffee exports amounted to 7.85 million bags in September 2013, compared with 8.23 million in September 2012. Exports in coffee year 2012/13 (Oct/12 to Sep/13) have increased by 2.3% to 110.17 million bags compared to 107.72 million bags in the last coffee year. In the twelve months ending September 2013, shipments of Arabica totalled 68.48 million bags compared to 66.87 million bags last year; whereas Robusta shipments amounted to 41.70 million bags compared to 40.84 million bags.
