SINGAPORE – Gruppo Cimbali, a world leader in production and design among coffee machine producers, has always been committed to designing innovative technologies that reflect sustainable development and social responsibility goals. This year, the company celebrates its 110th anniversary with its first presentation at the FHA-horeca since the pandemic, a fair that brings together the most extensive line-up of the world’s leading food service and hospitality suppliers.
Gruppo Cimbali at FHA-horeca
Gruppo Cimbali will showcase top-line products from all four of its brands – LaCimbali, Faema, Slayer, Casadio – along with various services and sustainability initiatives. Additionally, it will be presenting its new Asia Pacific Regional team for the first time. Gruppo Cimbali’s exhibition will be in Hall 2 at Stand 2F3-01.
Andrea Clerici, Group Commercial Director comments, “We are proud to participate in this year’s FHA-horeca fair with our full range of brands, especially in the year of Gruppo Cimbali’s 110th anniversary.”
“Through showcasing the eclectic array of values our brands embody—sustainable innovation, emphasis on user experience, producing high-quality cups of coffee, raising the bar for industry standards, just to name a few—we hope to celebrate the widespread growth and impactful achievements our brands have experienced over the years.”
“All of our machines possess unique characteristics within their respective brands, yet are connected by the overall principles of Gruppo Cimbali. We are excited to interact and collaborate with the trailblazers in the Asia-Pacific Region’s inspirational coffee community, who are all integral to the development and progression of coffee trends worldwide. We look forward to expanding our presence in APAC and connecting with the community at FHA , reinforced by our ever-growing team that will continue developing our growth in the area with our main business partners.”
The LaCimbali exhibition will showcase the complete collection of its brand new super automatic machines, the S15, S20, S30, and S60, with focus on the S15 and the new high-end traditional machine M200.
The new fully automatic S15 is the latest addition to LaCimbali’s super automatic machine family (S20, S30, S60). Its compact and sleek design ensures up to 150 high-quality cups per day. With a creative and customizable menu of beverages, it is the perfect addition to any environment: hotels, smart office spaces, bakeries, convenience stores, lounges—the possibilities are endless.
Consumers, by using the 7” touchscreen display, can recreate every traditional Italian coffee beverage while also experimenting with new recipes including fresh or powdered milk and soluble chocolate.
The innovative and newly designed Cup4You App, accessed via a smartphone or tablet, offers a contact-free service and ensures that consumers always have their favorite recipe in their pocket.
The S15 Self is the ideal solution for offices and co-working spaces since it is equipped with the new integrated water tank, which allows the machine to operate without a connection to the water mains.
The M200 is a top-of-the-range espresso machine, a product in which cutting-edge design, increasingly advanced technology and superior quality guarantee outstanding in-cup quality.
Featuring a unique design by Valerio Cometti – V12 Design, the M200 is made with high-quality materials and innovative technologies – such as the BDS system and Turbomilk – in full compliance with Gruppo Cimbali’s commitment to sustainability.
Thanks to various ergonomic solutions – such as the adjustable drip tray, the slanted manual steam wands, and the soft-touch materials – the M200 is a true extension of the barista’s skills, improving the customer relationship, which becomes increasingly direct.
This machine is digital and innovative thanks to the Touch interface and technologies, such as the Multiboiler and PGS system, designed to enhance and improve product performance and to simplify work for all professionals. The M200’s diverse menu of milk-based or non-dairy milk-based drinks and specialty coffee makes it appealing to a broader international audience.
The Faema exhibition will showcase the Faemina and E61, with focus on the Faema President and E71E machines. The one of a kind Faemina customized by Specht-design will also be presented.
The President is a rebirth of the classic 60’s machine that takes style and design cues from the original, while incorporating modern innovative elements like Faema’s patented Smart Boiler and Perfect Grind System.
The President GTI is a professional espresso machine with extensive customization options and boasts total thermal stability thanks to its independent boilers. Its unique, high-tech design gives every space a strong identity that stands out among the crowd.
The E71E is designed for those who do not accept compromises on the coffee that they want to offer their customers and for those who do not renounce manual skills and want to interact intuitively and effectively with the machine.
Thanks to the independent groups, the E71E can manage different coffee varieties, respecting the specific temperatures of each one for optimal extraction.
Additionally, the hydraulic circuit with a GTi control system guarantees perfect management of coffee infusion times: a perfect combination for simultaneously ensuring high thermal stability and enhancement of each coffee’s sensory profile.
And thanks to the ergonomic and intuitive display dedicated to each of the groups, it is even simpler to interact with the E71E.
Redesigned to offer greater flexibility, the new wands are one of the machine’s most innovative features.
Their length has been increased to allow baristas to work with larger milk jugs, while cold touch technology makes the wand grip more ergonomic and secure and facilitates cleaning after use. The articulated wands allow baristas to work in their preferred position with maximum visibility, ensuring perfect frothing every time .
With the E71E, there are a wide variety of possibilities for personalization; the machine is adaptable to anyone’s taste.
Design Faemina by Specht Design
Faema will be showcasing the first-ever customized Faemina, created by Specht-design, a Melbourne-based design studio run by Dan Schonknecht.
Specht-design takes espresso machines and the best components in the world, and refines, replaces, and enhances them in a way that makes them exceptional. No one detail is what sets a Specht Design machine apart, but hundreds of design considerations, material selections and incredibly careful reassembly.
Faemina is an aesthetically iconic and sustainable espresso machine designed by Faema, one of the brands of Gruppo Cimbali—the leading Italian company in professional coffee machines. Faemina is elegant and exclusive in style, yet minimal in shape, offering a stunning performance for those desiring an emotional, luxurious coffee experience.
Specht’s Dan Schonknecht stated: “First of all, we would like to thank Faema and the Cimbali group for choosing us to customize the beautiful Faemina. In the short time we have spent using the machine, we really enjoyed the functionality and usability.”
“Styling is one thing, but the espresso is the most important part to us! The Faemina makes amazing espresso, and the auto-steam function is a great addition. I also love the adjustable height drip tray! I have always loved the heritage of Faema and the styling from years past.”
“So, we decided on the combination of ivory and dark porter bronze metal, as I feel it adds a classic edge to a very modern machine. We at Specht always aim to add a tasteful and timeless touch to our machines, so they are enjoyed for a lifetime, not just a moment or a trend.”
The Slayer exhibition will showcase the Slayer LP 2G, and Slayer EP 2G. In addition, the Espresso V3 2 Group will be produced live.
Slayer Steam LP
Slayer Steam LP provides access to easy manual pressure profiling and excellent espresso extraction. Volumetric outputs are easily repeated by “recording” recipes as you dial in––you can then “playback” the same consistent shot all day using the paddle actuator. This machine provides baristas with advanced-level brewing techniques and easy repeatability, which we believe makes it the barista’s dream machine. Slayer Steam LP: The barista’s dream machine.
Slayer Steam EP
Slayer Steam EP is the total value machine and comes at a very high feature specification. With four programmable volumetric settings per grouphead, centralized heads-up Barista Dashboard™, password protected menus, a massive drip tray, and electronic solenoid steam valves –– this machine is the ultimate espresso workhorse.
Slayer Espresso V3 Live
Slayer has hand built revolutionary espresso machines since 2007. Diligently designed and crafted in Seattle, Washington, USA, their machines are designed to be durable, dependable, and put the user’s needs first.
With unprecedented technology and unmatched style, Slayer continues to challenge and elevate coffee industry standards, striving to make tangible differences in the experience of a high-quality cup. When using a Slayer machine, anyone is an artist. Anything is possible.
During the expo, a flagship Slayer Espresso V3 will be built from scratch, thanks to the comprehensive artistic expertise of their veteran worker from Seattle, USA. For the first time, viewers can catch a never-before-seen sneak peak of the machine’s inner workings.
Exhibited from the very heart of the machine to its refined exterior design, the Slayer Espresso V3 is a gateway to incredible flavor profiling. It is the only espresso machine that allows users to accurately control water pressure. Any flavor is achievable.
The Casadio exhibition will showcase the Casadio Undici Caps.
Casadio Undici Caps
Casadio Undici Caps is designed for all those activities in which coffee is not the central focus, but for which a simple and easy professional service is required: small businesses, restaurants, and offices.
The machine has various filter holder solutions tailored to customer requirements: one for ESE pods and 3 for capsules. An adaptable, high-performance thermosiphon system with fixed nozzles guarantees an excellent in-cup result.
It features a new water tank (3-liter capacity with the option of adding a water connection kit) that can be removed from the top, filter holders for customers’ preferred capsules and pods, and the option of adding an Easy Steam wand, which allows even the least experienced baristas to make an excellent cappuccino!
The aesthetic range is designed for those who are increasingly seeking an ‘easy to use’ professional service, right down its simple plug&play installation, which does not necessarily require a water connection, nor the experience of a professional barista.
Undici Caps is available in a black finish that can be customized with the application of adhesive graphics to the keyboard panel and front and back of the machine. It is available in 1-group and 2-group models, as well as in a ‘Tall Cup’ version for glasses or cups up to 14.5 cm high.
