Situated near Melbourne’s CBD, the commonly dubbed “Coffee Capital of the World” is now home to the Melbourne HUB where visitors can dive into the various brands of the Group. The showroom features separated fully immersive areas from LaCimbali, Faema, Slayer, Casadio to Faemina, and has been designed in such a way that allows each brand to become their own protagonist.
Professional baristas can intimately familiarize themselves with the machines without any visual distractions from other brands and figure out which will most effectively suit their exploratory needs.

The Faema E61 Jubile is the descendent of a historical machine that was the first to use a volumetric pump to give water the ideal 9-atmosphere pressure consistently during the whole extraction process – now automatically dosing hot water and including beverage selections to simplify work.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by a large number of clients, distributors, coffee gurus, and a series of roasters including Lavazza, Illy, Grinders Coffee, Toby’s Estate, Padre Coffee, and Pablo & Rusty’s.
