BOLOGNA, Italy – Passion for quality is what ties together both the centenary Filicori Zecchini and Faber coffee machines, “proudly produced in southern Italy”. This collaboration, strengthened in recent months, is at the base of the birth of a selection of coffee machines and coffee menus (with 5 different blends) dedicated to restaurants.
With enthusiasm, these two companies participated together to the 2022 edition of “World Of Coffee”, staged in Milan from 23 to 25 June.
Filicori Zecchini presented its own line of Gourmet Coffee beans (340g format), the fine espresso blends of the Italian tradition and a preview of the new specialty coffee line, Filicori Zecchini Reserve Coffee, roasted for the occasion. The public had the opportunity to taste Filicori Zecchini blends and single origins extracted in with: Espresso (Slayer machine – Cimbali-Faema Group), Coldbrew and V60.
“We regret the reason why this WOF edition has been moved to Milan, but we are happy to participate in one of the most important events of the coffee sector. We have been making an excellent espresso for a century, but we are constantly engaged in search and experiment to be able to answer to various questions that come from abroad and from a market, even internal, in constant turmoil” says Luca Filicori.

In the laboratory classrooms, every year, the best professional barmen teach the basic techniques from coffee to latte art, creative coffee and share their knowledge on the latest trends with more than twelve hundred course participants.
In addition, for a few years, the company has imported and distributed over 120 qualities of tea from the best plantations in China, Japan, India and Sri Lanka. From the best-known Black Teas to the refined and healthy Green Teas, to the precious and rare White and Yellow Teas, without forgetting the unique characteristics of the most sought-after Oolongs and the ancient Pu-Ehrs.
Twenty years of experience, passion and dedication to value a highly specialized production process.
