MILAN, Italy – 80 years on from the revolutionary idea of Achille Gaggia, the founder, who invented the extraction process to brew an espresso coffee topped with its typical crema, as we enjoy it today, the Gaggia Milano brand is celebrating the relaunch of the Italian-style espresso with a new professional machine for bars designed by Bonetto Design Center.

la Reale model is entirely shaped by the light — the very light that creates copper and steel reflections on its body, but also the suffused light of the LED profiles and its subtle backlights.

Building on his personal attitude towards automotive styling, designer Marco Bonetto has exalted the reliability of elements and materials, and the machine’s ability to cope with the barista’s often hectic work pace. A “mechanical” passion, aroused directly by the brand’s origins. The new la Reale is given the task of writing another exciting chapter in Gaggia Milano’s legendary story.

la Reale features a dual interface: a 3.5-inch touchscreen for each brew group, where the brewing parameters are 100% customisable, associated with 3 buttons that allow the barista to make quick and intuitive selections.

This is a professional coffee machine designed to satisfy the most demanding market segments, thanks to a multi-boiler heating system that provides maximum steam productivity and a highly flexible management of the temperature within the brew groups.
