CORNATE D’ADDA, Monza (Italy) – Triestespresso, the biennial fair with an international scope linked to the world of coffee, finds its setting in the renovated headquarters of the old port of Trieste, the city recognized as the Capital of Coffee. The tenth edition will take place from 27 to 29 October 2022 and DVG De Vecchi will be present at stand n. 11 in pavilion 28.

DVG produces and markets solutions for professional coffee machines offering, for over 57 years, a wide range of components, accessories, tools and spare parts for the world of coffee, not just espresso. The offer is completed with the distribution of horeca equipment and products such as coffee grinders, softeners, cup washers, granitors, cleaning products and all related spare parts.

The strong point of the company remains the direct production, which over the years has made it possible to acquire a profound knowledge of the entire manufacturing process, starting from the design to the planning up to the sale and technical support.

Every day a team of experts works with passion and determination to ensure an ever wider offer that is closer to the customer’s needs.

Among the main innovations DVG will present the new line of K31 taps, designed for dispensing steam and hot water following the recent market trend to produce machines that are increasingly minimal in appearance but with professional functionality.

The perforating showers, available for E61-type groups and for groups with screw showers, which allow the dispensing of the coffee capsule to be made express.

The Matrix shower, which with the special filtering mesh composed of thousands of stainless-steel microspheres allows a homogeneous distribution of the water on the coffee stick and allows to obtain a more persistent cream, limiting at the same time the return of particles of coffee towards the brew group.

As usual, Techup will be presented, the instrument designed, produced, and patented by DVG, at European level as well, which allows to monitor with accuracy and repeatability, two fundamental parameters for the correct delivery of Italian espresso: temperature and water pressure at the outlet from the brew group of professional coffee machines.

Available in different configurations for most of the brands of coffee machine manufacturers present on the international market, it has become the indispensable tool for professionals in the sector.

Sustainability and energy saving

These are the two elements that will be the leitmotif of the event and they are the same as DVG De Vecchi, with the continuous technological innovations made in the company – a state-of-the-art photovoltaic system, machinery for recycling cardboard as packaging material and a new air packaging system – has been supporting for years with a strong sense of responsibility.
