MONZA – In a constantly evolving market landscape, DVG De Vecchi SRL is strengthening its role as a strategic partner in the production and supply of components for professional coffee machines. We speak with Giovanna De Vecchi, Managing Director of the company, who shares insights into industry trends, the company’s growth philosophy, and the key milestones achieved in 2025.

These include the development of a new e-commerce platform and the implementation of integrated logistics—both essential elements for improving efficiency, flow management, and the overall customer purchasing experience.

What is the current situation of the coffee machine market?

Giovanna De Vecchi: The market is still facing a complex global context, but professional coffee machines continue to evolve, with a strong focus on reliability, quality, and technological innovation. We are seeing growing attention toward increasingly high-performing and connected machines, and this naturally reshapes the role of components.

Can you explain why components are so important?

Giovanna De Vecchi: Components are the heart of the machines. Every single element directly affects machine efficiency, in-cup quality, and the overall lifespan of the system. Manufacturing precision, high-quality materials, and compatibility with digital systems are not minor details—they are what enable machines to perform at their best and deliver reliable service to the end consumer.

What is DVG De Vecchi’s growth philosophy?

Giovanna De Vecchi: Our growth is not measured solely in terms of revenue or volumes. It is a path built over time, based on technical expertise, organization, and concrete attention to customer needs. We invest in our internal structure, skills development, and efficient logistics. Our goal is to offer speed, constant product availability, and reliable service, both in Italy and abroad.

How important is direct contact with the market?

Giovanna De Vecchi: It is essential. Participating in industry trade fairs and maintaining daily dialogue with professionals working in the field allows us to understand our customers’ real needs and turn them into concrete solutions, starting from components. It is an ongoing exchange that helps us stay up to date with trends, innovation, and development.

How do you see 2026 for the sector?

Giovanna De Vecchi: We expect moderate but structural growth. Demand will increasingly focus on high-quality machines and components, with high standards and long-term relationships across the entire supply chain. Being a reliable partner—rather than just a supplier—will become an increasingly important differentiating factor.

Looking back at 2025, what were the main achievements for DVG De Vecchi?

Giovanna De Vecchi: 2025 was a positive and constructive year. One of the flagship projects was the implementation of integrated logistics, the operational core of DVG De Vecchi, which allowed us to improve delivery times and optimize warehouse flow management.

We also launched the development of a new e-commerce platform, designed to simplify the entire ordering process and enhance the purchasing experience by enabling faster and easier product consultation. We expect this project to be operational as early as the first months of 2026.

Participation in trade fairs and direct dialogue with customers provided us with valuable input for the development of our components. Overall, it was a year of consolidation: we confirmed the strength of our operating model and the trust of our partners, laying solid foundations for 2026.

What is the core value you focus on most?

Giovanna De Vecchi: Value is built through attention to detail, consistency in decisions, and the quality of relationships. With the right components, reliable service, and a clear supply-chain vision, DVG De Vecchi truly makes the difference—establishing itself as a strategic partner capable of innovating and growing alongside its customers.
