TREVISO, Italy – NPE s.r.l. (NPE), part of the De’Longhi Group, has finalized today the acquisition of Procond Elettronica s.r.l. (Procond), with a notary deed for the transfer of the ownership, as anticipated with a press release on 02.08.2017.
The transfer of ownership – including the business, the inventory and real estate – is part of a competitive process in which the Civil Court of Bologna awarded NPE the Procond business, following an irrevocable acquisition offer presented by NPE.
The financial terms of the transaction are unchanged in comparison to what already specified in the press release of 02.08.2017.
