MILAN, Italy – From June 26 to 28, 2025, Dalla Corte will welcome visitors at booth #1553 at Palexpo Geneva during World of Coffee, the leading event for the global coffee community. The Milan-based company, known for innovation and precision in espresso extraction, is preparing three days of exciting product demonstrations, tastings, and interactive experiences.
Attendees will have the chance to test Dalla Corte’s espresso machines – Zero Barista, Icon, Mina, and Studio – all available on bar and paired with a curated selection of specialty coffees from international roasters.
Two globally renowned latte art champions, Michalis Karagiannis (two-time World Latte Art Championship finalist) and Dhan Tamang (six-time UK Latte Art Champion), will be at the booth every day to perform live shows and guide visitors through interactive latte art sessions.
One of the most anticipated highlights at the stand is the exclusive world premiere of Dalla Corte’s new milk frothing system – a cutting-edge solution designed to automate milk steaming with customizable recipes tailored for both dairy and plant-based milks. This innovation offers a concrete opportunity for coffee shop operators to optimize workflow, reduce training time, and ensure consistent quality across all locations. Visitors will be able to test the new system hands-on at the booth.
The booth will also host a rich schedule of activities offering a deep dive into Dalla Corte’s brewing philosophy: technical tastings exploring water temperature and flow profiling, cupping sessions, guest roaster takeovers, and latte art performances. Among the featured guest roasters are: Loudbean, Sensorio, Rose Coffee Roasters, Elsewhere Coffee Roasters, Skinny Dip, Roasting Warehouse, Sensorial Coffee, Loutsa, Solberg & Hansen, Coffee Bird Limited, and Caravela.
On June 26th at 2:00 PM, the Dalla Corte Latte Art Throwdown will kick off with a wild and entertaining competition. Talented baristas will go head-to-head in unconventional challenges—such as blindfolded or behind-the-back pouring – under the watchful eyes of an expert jury. Through this presence at World of Coffee, Dalla Corte reaffirms its commitment to advancing coffee quality and empowering professionals with innovative, high-performance tools.
