LONDON, UK – Costa Coffee is giving London commuters something to smile about this Summer as it announces the opening of not one, not two, but three new Costa Coffee stores across two major London stations, St Pancras International and Liverpool Street Station.

Two new stores have opened for those travelling through St Pancras International, with a fresh new store on the Upper Grand Terrace by platforms 1-4, alongside a Kiosk by the Southeastern Rail platforms 11-13.

In Liverpool Street Station, a new Costa Coffee store excitingly opened on the 12th of May 2023 by the main entrance to the London Underground. Across the three stores, 22 newly recruited Baristas are welcoming customers to enjoy their favourite handcrafted drinks in store or on the move.

At St Pancras International, the Costa Coffee store on the Upper Grand Terrace features an uplifting design, and welcoming outdoor and indoor mezzanine-style seating. It’s the perfect place for commuters to sit and relax whilst they cool down on their journey with Costa Coffee’s new Refreshers range. Or for those on the go, the convenient Costa Coffee Kiosk by platforms 11-13 in St Pancras International is ideal for customers wanting to grab a drink or a snack for their travels.

The newly opened Costa Coffee store at London Liverpool Street offers customers a range of modern features; from illuminated branding and digital menu boards to a modern and comfortable seating area.

Both stores boast beautiful feature walls from British pattern designer, Charlotte Jade. The bespoke bright and colourful patterns celebrate the coffee-growing regions that Costa Coffee sources its famous beans from, and are inspired by the beauty of the coffee plant.

Commenting on the new stores and kiosk, Costa Coffee’s Regional Operations Director for London & the South East, Luke Shaughnessy, said: “We’re making busy journeys a little better at Costa Coffee. Whether you’re after ultimate convenience or a quiet moment of calm, our talented Baristas are ready to welcome commuters for a morning lift and afternoon treat.”

The new stores make it even easier for commuters to pick up their favourite coffee, with Click and Collect on the Costa Club App meaning customers can order in advance and pick up on their way. Costa Club members can also benefit from an additional “green bean” when purchasing their favourite handcrafted drink in a reusable cup, meaning only four purchases are needed to claim a free drink, instead of eight when purchasing in a non-reusable cup. The three stores will also be accepting returned takeaway cups so they can be recycled, helping to boost recycling in the stations.
