Classic Gimoka aluminum capsules awarded with the quality seal by Altroconsumo

MILAN Gimoka, for 40 years among the main roasters in Italy, with 3 production sites and the development of a full range of coffee and soluble beverages, has obtained the “Excellent Quality” Seal from Altroconsumo, the largest independent consumer organization in Italy.

The Gimoka aluminum capsules were selected by Altroconsumo for a test that examined 24 different types of capsules on the retail market that are compatible with the Nespresso system.

In addition to the laboratory analysis on the quality of the processed coffee, the correctness and completeness of the information reported on the label, the material used for the capsule body and the case, and the overall sustainability of the packaging were evaluated. The tasting tests by experts and consumers were also added to these parameters.

In the overall evaluation of all these aspects, Gimoka Classico – Nespresso compatible coffee, has been selected among the brands with excellent quality thanks to a score among the highest, in terms of product quality.

To celebrate Altroconsumo obtaining this certification, Gimoka will activate a shelf campaign in all capsule stores in Italy, bearing the Altroconsumo seal that certifies the quality of the product and confirms the know-how and investments made by the Group in this direction.
