MINNEAPOLIS, MN, USA – Caribou Coffee invites guests to embrace a fresh start this winter with a new seasonal menu crafted to bring comfort and a sense of calm in the new year. Launching Friday, Jan. 2 in coffeehouses nationwide, the new menu is anchored by the return of the fan-favorite Cinnamon Sugar beverage lineup and joined by new protein-packed Breakfast Bowls that offer both intentional indulgence and flavorful, functional support as guests ease into their daily routine.
The winter launch also brings added value for guests through new Caribou Combos, creating more ways to enjoy quality at an everyday price point, along with the added benefit of non-dairy milk options offered at no extra charge. The season is further rounded out by the debut of new merchandise, including a limited-edition BrüMate Resa Tumbler, giving guests a stylish, durable companion for their seasonal sips.

Cinnamon Sugar beverages make a comeback
Caribou is bringing back its beloved Cinnamon Sugar beverage lineup, offering warm, nostalgic flavor. The full lineup includes:
- NEW Cinnamon Sugar Nitro High Rise: Creamy, smooth nitro Cold Press combined with milk, real caramel and a cinnamon sugar sauce made with real cinnamon; topped with espresso whipped cream.
- NEW Cinnamon Sugar Cold Foam: A cloud of oatmilk cold foam made with real cinnamon and sugar. Sweet, cozy and ready to top any of your favorite beverages.
- Cinnamon Sugar Latte: Bold espresso, creamy milk, real caramel, and a real cinnamon sugar sauce made with real cinnamon for a sip that’s sweet, smooth and unmistakably comforting. Can be made hot or iced to match your mood.
- Cinnamon Sugar Mocha: Rich espresso, creamy milk, real chocolate and a cinnamon sugar sauce made with real cinnamon for a twist on a classic. Enjoy hot or iced.
- Cinnamon Sugar Caramel Espresso Shaker: This espresso-forward favorite blends real caramel and a cinnamon sugar sauce made with real cinnamon, shaken with fresh espresso and ice for a bold, refreshing flavor. A splash of oatmilk adds a creamy finish.
New Breakfast Bowls for flavorful and functional nourishment
Balance meets convenience with Caribou Coffee’s two new Breakfast Bowls built for guests seeking a flavorful and nutritious boost for their day. Crafted with cage-free eggs, packed with protein and 250 calories or less, each Breakfast Bowl offers a satisfying, balanced and gluten-free option for guests to enjoy.
- Denver Breakfast Bowl: A hearty, comforting start to the day featuring fluffy cage-free scrambled eggs, potatoes and savory diced ham, finished with melty cheddar cheese, green bell peppers and onions for a satisfying, balanced bite. With 16 grams of protein and 250 calories, it’s a feel-good classic built for busy days.
- Vegetarian Breakfast Bowl: A fresh, flavorful blend of cage-free scrambled eggs, potatoes, red bell peppers, onions and spinach, topped with monterey jack cheese and salsa verde for a vibrant finish. Packed with 12 grams of protein and just 200 calories, it’s a nourishing start for any day.
Added value for every visit
Designed to meet guests where they are, Caribou is now offering non-dairy customization including oatmilk and almondmilk, at no extra charge in store, at coffeehouses, the drive-thru or through the Caribou Coffee app. Caribou is also expanding the availability of Caribou Combos* to give all guests more ways to support their day with delicious value and their go-to ‘Bou favorites. Caribou Combos offered include:
- $6 Caribou Combo: Large Cold Press or Coffee of the Day paired with a Cinnamon Sugar Caramel Cream Donut

Limited-edition Caribou Coffee x BrüMate Resa Tumbler launches Jan. 2
To round out the new winter launch, Caribou Coffee is releasing a limited-run collaboration with BrüMate, featuring the 35-ounce Resa Tumbler with twist-to-lock leakproof technology, a ColdKey metal straw designed to reduce plastic use and BevGuard insulation that keeps ice for 24 hours or more. The tumblers are cup-holder friendly and designed for cold beverages or carbonated drinks with ice when locked. Available in coffeehouses on Jan. 2 and online at cariboucoffee.com at 9 a.m. CT on Jan. 2.
