ORRVILLE, Ohio, US – The J. M. Smucker Company yesterday announced that the Board of Directors has declared a $0.64 per share dividend on the common shares of the Company to be paid on Monday, June 1, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Friday, May 15, 2015.
The Company also announced that its annual meeting of shareholders will be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2015.
The meeting will be held at 11:00 a.m., Eastern Time, at the Fisher Auditorium, Ohio Agricultural Research and Development Center, 1680 Madison Avenue, Wooster, Ohio.
Shareholders of record at the close of business on Monday, June 15, 2015, will be entitled to notice of the annual meeting and to vote on matters considered at the meeting.
