Nestlé and its industry partners have invested CHF 1.3 million (USD 1.3 million) in a new food traceability system in Ethiopia. The Ethiopian Commodity Exchange (ECX) has launched the new CHF 4.5 million (USD 4.5 million) system, which covers over five million smallholder farmers who produce multiple commodities traded by ECX.
