SANTA MARIA DI SALA, Venice – Fiorenzato, a global leader in the production of professional coffee grinders, is gearing up to surprise visitors at HostMilano 2025 with two groundbreaking advancements that mark a new chapter in the evolution of coffee grinding and preparation: ADA, the technology that connects espresso machines and grinders to assist baristas in real time, and the new R.S.G. ring nut, a completely redesigned system that makes grind adjustment simpler, faster, and more intuitive than ever before.
ADA: the technology that enables communication between machine and grinder
With ADA, Fiorenzato introduces an intelligent connection that revolutionizes how baristas and grinders interact with the coffee machine. The system allows the two tools to communicate in real time, streamlining the preparation process and ensuring impeccable consistency in cup quality.
At the core of ADA is a sophisticated burr distance control system that automatically suggests the ideal grind size based on the selected recipe.
This is a key parameter, as, along with the coffee dose and machine settings, it is crucial for achieving the perfect result in the cup.
Thanks to a universal kit compatible with any coffee machine, the grinder processes data from the machine’s flowmeter via integrated software. In this way, it learns, adapts, and suggests the perfect grind in real time.

The result is an intelligent and reliable system that supports the barista like a true digital assistant—enhancing precision, speed, and consistency in daily operations, while continuously adapting settings based on the ambient temperature and humidity to ensure flawless extraction every time.
The New R.S.G. Ring nut: Ready. Set. Grind.
Following the success of the AllGround line, Fiorenzato presents R.S.G. (Ready. Set. Grind.), the new ring nut designed to transform the way professionals adjust grind settings.
Long considered one of the most delicate gestures in the work process, grind adjustment now becomes immediate: with R.S.G., it takes just a few seconds to find the perfect point.
The new R.S.G. ring combines modern design and advanced technology for a smooth and effortless user experience.
The silicone ring ensures a comfortable, non-slip grip, while softer springs make adjustment lighter and more precise. A spring-loaded clicker provides audible feedback with each notch, allowing baristas to fine-tune the grind without taking their eyes off the counter.
The internal structure has been optimized to minimize play between the body and the fixed burr holder, increasing precision, while the innovative new ring lock allows for easy intervention, keeping both hands free for calibration. The mechanism, similar to that of a retractable pen, ensures quick unlocking and precise locking thanks to refined gearing that guarantees a perfect fit.
The result is a ring that combines improved ergonomics, absolute precision, instant feedback, and unprecedented speed of use, while preserving the robustness and simplicity that define the Fiorenzato brand.
The R.S.G. system is compatible with ADA, will be available across the entire Fiorenzato range (excluding F4 models), and also includes a safety lock that prevents accidental movement even during the most intense working sessions.
Two innovations, one direction: the future
With ADA and R.S.G., Fiorenzato reaffirms its commitment to innovation, blending tradition, technology, and design to offer coffee professionals tools that are smarter, more efficient, and easier to use than ever.
Both innovations will be available for hands-on testing at HostMilano 2025, the international hospitality trade fair taking place from October 17 to 21, 2025—an unmissable opportunity for baristas, roasters, and industry professionals to experience the future of professional grinding up close.
