MILAN — Sanremo Coffee Machines, one of the leading international players in the production of professional coffee machines, is gearing up to return to HostMilano with a presence that combines technological innovation and hospitality culture.
From October 17th to 21st, in Pavilion 20P, Stand C04 C08 E03 E07, the company will present a dual experience designed to engage both industry professionals and coffee enthusiasts.
The technological heart of the stand will be the new IoT Cloud platform, marking a decisive step towards the digitalization of coffee machines. To showcase it in an unprecedented way, Sanremo has created the immersive experience “Sanremo in the Clouds”, a virtual journey through the Dolomite peaks, filmed in 360° and viewable through VR headsets.

Guiding visitors through this exploration will be Andrea Zamprogno, the company’s Product Manager, who will illustrate the platform’s capabilities. Thanks to IoT technology, machines can be monitored and managed remotely, ensuring constant and timely control over performance, consumption, and maintenance. Roasters, multisite operators, and baristas will be able to intervene in real time wherever they are, even via a dedicated app that allows them to change settings, upload recipes, or schedule machine start-up and shutdown directly from their smartphone.
Alongside this digital experience, Sanremo introduces Sanremo House, a space designed for welcoming, sharing, and building connections. In a warm and convivial setting, the team will present the combination of Opera, Café Racer, and D8 with the X-One grinder, the result of extensive integration work between machine and grinding to improve cup quality and streamline workflows.

Visitors will also be able to test the new version of the SteamSystem, developed with latte art professionals to ensure consistently optimal automatic steaming with both dairy and plant-based milk. Finally, the new Machine to Grinder Link technology will also be unveiled, enabling connection between Sanremo machines and a wide range of coffee grinders to automatically adjust the perfect grind size.
The presence will be further enriched by international collaborations. Among the guests, coffee specialist and SCAE trainer Fabio Verona will be present from October 17th to 20th with demonstrations dedicated to the D8 + X-One combination. In a dedicated area, NUCLEUS, the brand founded by Sasa Sestic, will showcase accessories used by world coffee champions, offering visitors the chance to test them live. One of the must-see installations will be YOU x Five, a celebration of Sanremo’s global presence: for the occasion, the side panels of the iconic YOU machine will be covered with fabrics sourced from each of the five continents.

HostMilano will also be the opportunity to unveil the new Sanremo merchandising collection, created in collaboration with Malefatte and the Venetian cooperative Rio Terà dei Pensieri. The line, called Travel Kit, includes bags, notebooks, and pouches handcrafted from printed PVC and paired with artisanal organic cosmetics. The new issue of Highlights Magazine, completely revamped in layout and content, will also be available at the stand.

For those who wish to experience the full spirit of Sanremo House, the stand will come alive on Friday, October 17th, and Saturday, October 18th, from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM, transforming into a lively social space with aperitifs, music, and conviviality.
Sanremo Coffee Machines awaits you at HostMilano 2025 to discover how technology, design, and a spirit of community can redefine the coffee experience.
