BARANZATE, Italy – Dalla Corte returns to HostMilano 2025, the international benchmark event for hospitality and the coffee industry. Over five days, visitors will explore the future of espresso through revolutionary machines, world-class baristas, and exceptional coffees from leading roasters worldwide.
At the heart of the stand will be Zero Plus, the machine that brings together art, technology and design. Created to inspire the barista’s creativity, it turns every extraction into an act of precision and style—from temperature calibrated to a tenth of a degree, to water flow modulation that optimizes pre-infusion and extraction.
Recipes can be collected in a personal library to relive and share the perfection of each shot.
Zero Plus integrates the technological solutions that have shaped Dalla Corte’s history: the Independent Integrated Multiboiler system, pioneered by the company since its inception, and Digital Flow Regulation (DFR), which allows flow modulation in up to five steps.
Its Made-in-Italy design, awarded the iF Design Award, reflects the beauty of functionality and the strength of Dalla Corte’s identity.
A special focus will be dedicated to the DC System, the suite of technologies and automations developed by Dalla Corte to support and simplify the barista’s work. From GCS, the automatic grinder calibration system pioneered by Dalla Corte in 2005, to OCS, which enables remote control of all parameters across a machine fleet, to MCS and Steam Maestro for automatic milk frothing.
In particular, Steam Maestro—currently available on the Icon espresso machine—is an advanced system designed for the horeca world, guaranteeing true “Maestro-level” frothing with every type of milk and for any recipe.
“Dalla Corte’s offering in the ‘home luxury’ segment—where elegance and performance meet—will be represented by Mina and Studio by Specht Design, shown in exclusive custom versions, true icons of style and design.”
HostMilano will also feature the preview of the new version of Studio, which brings together all the features of previous editions into a single model (tank and plumb-in connection): a blend of technology, aesthetics and ease of use designed for those who want a no-compromise coffee experience at home.
Dalla Corte’s official Brand Ambassadors will take center stage at the stand, engaging visitors with live sessions, workshops and coffee conversations.
Among them: Michalis Karagiannis, World Latte Art Championship finalist 2017-2018; Shinsaku Fukuyama, World Latte Art Champion Australia 2018 with a career spanning Asia and Australia; Dhan Tamang, six-time UK Latte Art Champion and world finalist 2016; and Richard Chen, international judge of the World Latte Art Championship, world finalist 2019 and experienced trainer. Joining them are two Italian professionals: Giuseppe Musiu, SCA trainer at Barista Formato Coffee School, and Luana Lazzarone, barista and store manager at Orso Laboratorio Caffè.
Guests will be able to taste coffees from some of the most important international roasters, meet them directly at the booth and embark on a sensory journey where every coffee’s profile is enhanced by Dalla Corte technology.
By participating in HostMilano 2025, Dalla Corte reaffirms its mission: to share passion, expertise and innovation, offering the public a unique experience that celebrates coffee culture and marks a new chapter in the evolution of espresso.
